Aerospace engineer by education, pre-school teacher by occupation, baker by passion.

My name is Grace Marjuki and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. When I was in grade school in Germany, I baked one of my first cakes, Eierlikörkuchen (German Egg Liqueur Cake).

However, my kitchen endeavors in cake decorating did not start until I made cakes and cupcakes for both of my sons' schools and birthdays. Now I enjoy trying out and adapting new recipes and sharing my baked goods and desserts with friends, neighbors, our church family and my husband's colleagues.

I use all natural ingredients (minus the food coloring...sigh...) and love making things from scratch.
